10DLC Compliance Agreement

This 10DLC Compliance Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and Tudum Loan ("Company"), regarding the use of SMS communication via 10-digit long codes (10DLC) in accordance with carrier and regulatory compliance.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that all SMS messages sent through Tudum Loan's platform are compliant with U.S. carrier regulations and industry standards governing 10DLC messaging.

2. Consent

By using this platform, you confirm that you have obtained express written consent from all recipients before sending SMS messages. You also agree not to send unsolicited or unlawful content.

3. Message Content

You agree to send messages that are clear, honest, and compliant with applicable laws. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: hate speech, deceptive offers, illegal products, and unsolicited promotions.

4. Opt-Out Compliance

All recipients must be provided with a clear opt-out option, such as replying "STOP" to unsubscribe. You agree to honor such requests promptly.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Tudum Loan reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce compliance. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of your account, or reporting to carriers and legal authorities.

6. Liability

You assume full responsibility for your SMS campaigns and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tudum Loan from any claims, fines, or legal actions resulting from your misuse or violation of 10DLC requirements.

7. Amendments

This Agreement may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

By using Tudum Loan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this 10DLC Compliance Agreement.
